Welcome to Lebanon Middle School Athletics!
At Lebanon Middle school, we believe athletics play an important role in helping students grow both on and off the field. Our athletic programs are designed to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, personal responsibility, and school pride. Whether you're new to sports or a seasoned athlete, there’s a place for everyone to participate, improve, and have fun.
We offer a variety of seasonal sports for students in grades 5 through 8, giving all students the opportunity to challenge themselves physically while building lasting friendships. Our coaches and staff are dedicated to creating a supportive environment where every student can thrive.
Update Regarding Physical Exams:
All incoming 7th graders must have an updated physical on file with the School Nurse. A student's physical exam performed at their primary Doctor's office is good for TWO years. If the physical was performed at Clear ChoiceMD, those are good for ONE year. An updated physical exam must be on file with the LMS School Nurse for any student participation in LMS Athletics. Physical exams can be emailed directly to LMS School Nurse Kelley Gage at kgage@sau88.net
