What You’ll Need to Enroll
Whether you choose to register online or in person at the school, you’ll need to have the following documents ready to complete the enrollment process:

Your child’s birth certificate

Two proofs of residency from within the last 30 days
(Examples: a utility bill, rental agreement, or mortgage statement) -
An up-to-date immunization record
Students must meet the immunization requirements set by the NH Department of Health and Human Services. -
A record of your child’s physical exam completed within the past 12 months

If applicable: A copy of your full Custody/Parenting Plan (for divorced or separated parents)
