Immunizations

All student must adhere to the NH State Immunization Requirements for each school year (Embedded below). 

The most common missing immunizations for middle school students are the one time Tdap vaccine (now required before the 7th grade school year) and 2 doses of Varicella(chickenpox).

Up to date immunizations are required to be done prior to the start of school each year. Please provide these records to the nurse as they are completed.
