For Staff: Mini-Grant Application
The purpose of the Lebanon Middle School (LMS) PTO Mini-Grant Program is to give the LMS community the opportunity to apply for funds to carry out special projects. These projects are intended to enrich, supplement, or complement the curriculum and align with the PTO mission. Grant-funded projects can be academic in nature, or otherwise, as long as they support student growth and learning. A full list of criteria may be found on the form below.
Examples of past mini-grants include: Staff wellness supplies, yearbook design contest prizes, reading incentive prizes, bird seed to stock feeders students observe as part of art and science, staff break room supplies, and books for a summer reading club.
